At Naseem, we’re committed to providing quality products and reliable service. Please read the following terms that apply to your purchase.

🛡️ Warranty

All Naseem cooling jackets are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in fabric, stitching, or zippers.

  • Malfunctioning fans (electrical failure not due to misuse).

What’s not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or physical accidents.

  • Fans damaged due to water exposure or third-party power sources.

To file a warranty claim, contact our support team at info@shopnaseem.com with your order number and photos/videos showing the issue.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and components (including fans) are included.

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The jacket or fans show signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery.

Refunds:

  • Once the item is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.

🧼 Washing Instructions

  • Always remove the fans and disconnect power before washing.

  • Hand wash only using cold or lukewarm water.

  • Use mild detergent. Do not bleach.

  • Do not wring the fabric aggressively.

  • Hang dry in shade – avoid direct sunlight or tumble drying.

  • Do not iron.

Failure to follow washing instructions may damage the jacket and void the warranty.

Naseem jackets are designed for cooling purposes only and should be used as directed.

  • Do not expose the fans to water or extreme heat.

  • Do not sleep while wearing the powered jacket.

  • Always disconnect the fan power before washing the jacket.

  • Not intended as medical cooling devices.

Improper use may void your warranty and may result in damage or injury.
