By purchasing and using any Naseem product, you agree to the following:

Intended Use: Naseem jackets are designed to enhance comfort in hot environments using low-voltage cooling fans. They are not medical devices and do not replace air conditioning or cooling equipment.

Fan & Power Safety: Always use a power bank rated 5V/2A max. Higher voltage can damage the fan or cause overheating. Do not use when wet or during rain or experiencing excessive sweating or in extreme humid conditions.

No Liability for Misuse: Naseem is not liable for injuries, health conditions, or damages resulting from misuse, improper charging, exposure to hazardous environments, or non-compliance with washing instructions.

User Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the user to assess the suitability of the product for their specific environment or medical condition.

Children: Not recommended for unsupervised use by children under 14.
